Vaikunta Ekadasi 2020 Telugu Date

Shri Sharwari Nama Samvatsam Margashira Shuddha Ekadashi means we get Ekadashi on Friday 25th December 2020 This Ekadashi is called Vaikuntha Ekadashi because it is in the month of Margashiramas and is in the month of Danur and is very dear to Lord Vishnu.

Mukkoti Ekadasi Vishishtatha

During this period in Srirangam, however, in many temples practiced according to the Vaishnava tradition, Vaishnava, Srivaishnava, Vaiganasa, Pancharatradi Vaishnava temples according to various types of agamas, all of which are preceded by a lot of activities for the lord before sunrise and then offerings of various forms of pilgrimage and entertainment to the devotees. This Vaikuntha Ekadashi is also known as Mukkoti Ekadashi because on one occasion some demons stole the Vedas. Despite the absence of the Vedas, the gods bothered everyone so everyone came and reached the feet of Srimannarayana. Sreemannarayana said that you should not bother and I will bring it, and Vishnumurti set out for the Vedas. On this Ekadasi day, he set out from the north gate to slay the demons who had entered the underworld and to wage war on them to bring back the Vedas.

As the Lord was going to war over the demons, all the three gods also went to Vaikuntha and marched to bring the Vedas to Vishnu with triumphant shouts. Shortly afterward, Sreemannarayana, who was very powerful, killed the demons, took back the Vedas, and entered Vaikuntham through the north gate. Sreemannarayana was very happy to see that all the gods, sages, and others were happy with what he had brought with him. So the three gods came to Vaikuntha and welcomed the Lord, saluted him, and sang many hymns. Today Vaikuntha Ekadashi is called Mukkoti Ekadashi. Since the return of the Swami to war and the return of the Vedas also took place through the North Gate, the gods and sages who visited the North Gate on that day, however, set up North Gate at the North Gate as well as at the North Gate.

Even where there is no north gate, an artificial north gate is made and the Swami is placed there and arrangements are made to see the devotees through the north gate on that one day, Vaikuntha Ekadashi. Since everyone used to come in the Sagittarius period during this period, everyone would wake up before sunrise and pour it on their heads and serve the Swami to them in our house. Should be prepared and offered. Throughout the month of Dhanur, Katte Pongal is offered to the Swami.
